# Demo mode

> Try Crash, Dice and Mines with play money, no wallet and no sign-up.

You can play **without connecting anything**. Demo mode gives you a play-money balance and drops you straight into the real games, so you can learn how they feel before risking a cent.

## Starting a demo

Open the app and pick **Try demo mode**, or use the demo link shown on the bet panel. There is nothing to install, no wallet, no sign-up, and no email.

You start with **1,000 in play money**. If you spend it all, you can reset it and start again.

## What is real, and what is not

Demo mode is not a simulation running in a corner: you are watching the live casino.

Nothing you do in demo mode is sent to MCC. Your demo balance lives in your own browser, so it stays on the device you played on, and clearing your browser data clears it.

## What demo mode cannot do

* **No winnings.** Play money stays play money, and it can never be withdrawn.
* **No rewards.** Demo bets earn no points, no chest progress and no referral commission. Only real bets do.
* **Chat is read-only.** You can follow it; posting needs an account.

## Switching to real play

Click **Play for real** at any time, or simply connect your wallet. The demo ends cleanly: automatic betting is disarmed, the demo balance is set aside, and you continue with your real balance.   While a demo is running the app makes it obvious: a **DEMO** badge on the game board, a greyed-out balance, a **Stop demo** button in the header and "(DEMO)" in the browser tab title. You cannot place a real bet by mistake.
