On My Crypto Casino your wallet is your account and your keys are your money. MCC cannot access your wallet, private keys, or recovery phrase, which also means MCC cannot recover them for you. This page is the checklist for keeping them safe.

The only official domains

These are the only official My Crypto Casino domains. Anything else, however similar, is not us.
  • mycryptocasino.com: the game
  • docs.mycryptocasino.com: this documentation
  • Bookmark the app and use your bookmark. Do not reach the site through search-engine ads, Discord/Telegram links, or DMs. Sponsored results and shared links are the most common phishing vectors in crypto.
  • Check the address bar before connecting your wallet or signing anything.

Support is never a DM

MCC support works by email only: [email protected] (plus the in-app feedback button for bug reports).
  • MCC staff will never DM you first on Discord, Telegram, X, or anywhere else.
  • No one legitimate will ever ask for your recovery phrase or private key: not support, not “validation bots”, not “wallet-sync tools”. Anyone asking is stealing.
  • There is no “claim assistance”, “account verification”, or “wallet validation” flow. If someone offers one, it is a scam.

Recovery phrase rules

  • Never type your recovery phrase into any website. No exceptions.
  • Never store it in screenshots, cloud notes, email drafts, or chat apps.
  • Store it offline (written down or on a steel backup), in more than one safe place.
  • Losing the phrase means losing the wallet, and with it your MCC account, Game Balance access, and any Network NFTs it holds.

Sign with your eyes open

Your wallet only does what you approve, so read what you approve:
  • The sign-in message is free plain text proving wallet ownership; it cannot move funds.
  • Transactions (account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bets) can move funds and are shown by your wallet before you approve. On MCC, deposits and withdrawals move USDC between your wallet and the casino’s on-chain program. If a prompt looks different from what you expected to do, reject it.
  • Reject anything you were not expecting, especially prompts triggered by a site you did not intentionally open.

Practical hardening

  • Use a dedicated playing wallet. Keep only what you intend to play with in it, and keep savings and long-term holdings in a separate wallet (ideally a hardware wallet) that never touches gambling or airdrop sites.
  • Keep your wallet software updated and install it only from official sources.
  • Beware of urgency. “Your account will be suspended”, “migration required today”, “limited compensation airdrop”: pressure is the tell. MCC never requires urgent wallet action.

If you think you’ve been compromised

  1. Stop signing anything with the affected wallet.
  2. From a clean device, create a new wallet and move your funds and NFTs to it immediately, starting with the highest-value assets.
  3. If you still control the compromised wallet, withdraw your MCC Game Balance to it and forward the funds to the new wallet, then stop using the old address.
  4. Treat the old wallet as permanently burned, even if nothing was taken yet.
Because MCC accounts are wallet-based, your new wallet is a fresh account; see Account rules.
